The Owner is the Town of Orchard Park and the work site is located in the Town of Orchard Park. The projects limits extend from 200 feet west and 150 feet east of the structure at the East Tributary to South Branch to Smoke Creek along Dennis Road and for 400 feet along Ellicott Road (NY Route 240). The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: removal of existing 32 ft long by 14 ft wide by 7 ft tall concrete culvert, placement of a new 31 ft. 10 in. wide by 24 ft span by 7 ft. tall precast concrete three-sided frame on cast-in-place concrete spread footings, sanitary sewer replacement, heavy-stone fill placement, approach work, and guiderail installation. The proposed work will be performed while traffic is maintained via an offsite detour. This is a BridgeNY Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on September 1, 2025 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder.
