    Description

    The Town of Vernon (“Town”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contractors (“Contractor” or “Bidder”) for the design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning of a front-of-meter solar carport system (“System”) at the Town of Vernon Department of Public Works (“DPW” or “Facility” or “Site”). CSW Energy (“CSW”) is supporting the Town as part of the Project Team. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on March 25, 2026, at 10:00 am, at the Vernon Department of Public Works, 383 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, CT 06066. Walk-through attendees must remain at the walk-through until its completion. Proposals from any parties/firms who fail to attend this mandatory walk-through will be disqualified without further consideration.
