The Alabama Department of Agriculture, Animal Industry Division is seeking quotes for 35,000 pounds of Carbon Dioxide Bulk Liquid to be purchased and delivered. Awarded vendor will contact agency representative point of contact for exact address of delivery. Vendors must submit their bids electronically in the Alabama Buys portal. Vendors who need assistance with submitting their bid may contact the Alabama Buys helpdesk at (334) 353-0700. REQUIRED: Bulk Tanker of CO2 needed for on-farm depopulation exercise. Territory manager must be onsite for CO2 distribution during exercise. Driver must possess a valid Class A CDL license with tanker and hazmat endorsements. Driver must be knowledgeable in precise CO2 disbursement flow. Driver should be equipped with correct truck valve to CO2 manifold valve exchange. Driver and truck must be available within 48 hour notice to deliver.
