      Bid Bond All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond for the Prime Offeror, in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the price proposal, properly executed in favor of the M-NCPPC. A performance and labor and materials payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount, will be required prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed to the successful.

       

      Aggregate Bonding Capacity Confirmation- All Offerors must include official documentation or a letter from their surety agency confirming the Offeror’s current single project bonding capacity and aggregate bonding capacity.

       

    • SUBCONTRACTOR UTILIZATION REPORT (required)

      List all proposed subcontractors/subconsultants, the discipline or services to be provided (“Type of Contract”), whether they are an MFD firm, the total estimated fee and the percentage of the total price proposal/contract amount.
