Frederick County, Maryland (hereinafter called the “County”) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors (hereinafter called the “Design-Builder) to provide all necessary design and permitting services, labor, supervision, equipment, and materials for the Ballenger McKinney Wastewater Treatment Plant Electrical Service Improvements. The project involves the relocation of medium voltage transformers , new electrical gear and ancillary systems as indicated on the twenty nine (29) Drawings G-1 through G-3, C-1 through C-9, S-1 and S-2, M-1 through M-6, F-1 and F-2, and E-1 through E-3,Partial of E-5, E-6 and E-7 and the requirements stated herein.
