The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any proposals. All interested offerors are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting which will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Belair Mansion located at 12207 Tulip Grove Drive, Bowie, MD, 20715. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://www.bidlocker.us/details/5563. Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, February 11, 2026, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and RFP documents.
