The beatification work shall include, but not be limited to, minor repairs and cleaning of existing site work (pavers, coping stones, exterior finish systems, structural concrete), a new pathway, restoration of the existing building and cleaning of façadesurfaces, new exterior lighting at the existing building and existing pond, new landscaping in existing planters, new outdoor furniture, incidental pond rehabilitation as required.
