SUNY FREDONIA is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for the design services of Project No. 051099 – Replace Roofs – Williams Center Project. The scope of the project consists of but not limited to: Removal of the existing EPDM roofing system (provide asbestos abatement, if required); Installation of tapered insulation, roof drain and new roofing system (modified bitumen roofing system preferred); Provide concrete repair and waterproofing. There will be no mailing of the RFQ documents. Interested consultants will receive the RFQ document electronically. A RFQ Pre-Submission Meeting has been deemed NOT necessary to fully understand the parameters and constraints which affect the scope of work. However, should you fill it necessary to visit the site please email Markus Kessler at kessler@fredonia.edu. One Site visit meeting has been scheduled to accommodate a site visit request, as follows: Monday April 13, 2026 @ 10:00 AM - 11AM – Meet in Conference Room 709 located on the Seventh floor in Maytum Hall on the Fredonia campus. Note that there will be no other site visits available before or after the Monday, April 6, 2026, date and time. Interested consultants should submit in writing their request for RFQ documents. Please submit this request to the Facilities Planning Office via email to: kessler@fredonia.edu. Upon receipt of the request, consultants will be provided a copy of the RFQ electronically only. The estimated overall construction budget including contingency – $1,100,000.
