The proposer is required to signify whether the proposal complies with the specifications listed above. Please identify any items which your firm would not be able to accomplish from the tasks listed above.
Proposals must include complete information covering all of the above items to enable the evaluators to make accurate determinations regarding the experience and qualifications. Respondents are encouraged to include samples and any other information that will highlight qualifications of the organization. The highest ranked organization/may be invited to participate in an interview session at Taos County’s discretion.

Addendum #3
Demonstrate your firm’s education, training, and specialized experience in providing meal and commissary services within correctional environments. Please describe specific work history that illustrates your expertise, including current contracts of similar size and volume that includes five (5) years previous jail/county correctional feeding experience with proven effectiveness in administering and managing correctional food service program, three (3) of which should be county facilities in the State of New Mexico. This overview should also highlight the relevant experience of your proposed staff, district manager, and transition team.
Please provide a detailed summary of qualifications for the on-site manager responsible for service delivery. This should include their relevant experience, certifications, and specific oversight capabilities.
Please provide a historical overview and a list of three (3) current references from facilities similar in size to Taos County. Each reference must include:

Demonstrate your firm’s experience and expertise in managing correctional commissary operations. This should specifically include your proficiency in integrating services with various offender accounting software programs.
Submit the contractor's financial statements for the three most recent fiscal years, audited by a Certified Public Accountant in accordance with GAAP. In the absence of audited statements, the entity’s Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer must certify the provided statements as true, correct, and accurate.
Please include a copy of your firm’s comprehensive drug and alcohol use policy currently in effect. This document must be submitted as part of the formal proposal.
Please provide the proposed price per meal along with an estimated total cost for the food service management contract. These figures should be based on either the preceding year’s operational data or on comparable facilities serving a similar volume and type of meal, whichever offers the greatest accuracy.
