The Town of Henderson is soliciting proposals from consultants for technical and professional services to assist them in developing a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP). The LWRP will provide for a sustainable, resilient waterfront community and prepare for the revitalization of the waterfront. Planning will protect critical natural resources, respond to climate change, advance community revitalization, expand public access and incorporate smart growth. A comprehensive description of the work and products that are expected to be delivered by the Contractor is included under the section “Contractor Scope of Work” in this RFP.
