Statementof Work: DFPS will use Home Study, Assessment, and Report Services in accordance with the specifications andrequirements provided in this RFP to make Placement decisions in the bestinterests of Children. Refer to Exhibit F, Statement of Work (SOW) . ContractTerm: Theinitial term of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation will be three (3)years. HHSCor DFPS, at itssole option, may extend any Contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation forup to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. OptionalPre-proposal ConferenceHHSC PCS will hold the Pre-proposalTeleconference via Microsoft Teams, on the date and time set out in Section 3.1 (Schedule of Events).
