DH2662-DWB - Two Dishwashers and Two Booster Heaters for Northwest Middle and North Star Elementary Schools for Removal and Installation

This solicitation requests vendor quotations for the removal and disposal of existing two (2) dishwashers and two (2) booster heaters, and the provision and installation of new units of the same manufacturer or approved equivalent at specified locations, including all labor, materials, delivery, and warranty as required.Pre-bid site-visit is scheduled for Tuesday April 28, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. the meeting will start at Northwest Middle School, 1730 West 1700 North, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116, then end the meeting at North Star Elementary School, 1545 North Morton Dr., Salt Lake City, Utah 84116 job sites. Attendance is optional but strongly suggested that you attend so you fully understand the installation requirements.All questions must be submitted in writing via Bonfire/U3P. Questions posted on Bonfire/U3P will be answered on Bonfire/U3P. Do not ask questions in any other format. Only answers issued through the Bonfire/U3P system or issued via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the State.Any change to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD). Only authorized and properly issued addenda is considered the official position of the SLCSD.By submitting a Bid, the Bidder acknowledges that he/she has examined, read and familiarized him/herself with the requirements of the bid documents and the conditions governing the work.NOTE: At this time, bids must be submitted electronically on Bonfire/U3P. Before submitting your bid, review all attached documents and complete all required information. Upload with your base bid and alternate bid with any additional documents, bid bond, licensing, etc. as may be required by the bid documents.NOTE: Any discrepancies between documents obtained from sources outside Bonfire/U3P not issued by the SLCSD will be found in favor of the documents contained in Bonfire/U3P.When submitting a bid electronically through Bonfire/U3P, you must allow sufficient time to complete the online forms and upload any documents. The solicitation will end precisely at the closing date and time specified in the solicitation.
