A staff committee will evaluate bids to ensure compliance with RFPrequirements, quality of products and services offered and pricing. The staffcommittee recommendations are subject to approval by the Waco City Council.Acceptance of any bidder’s response will not place the City of Waco under anyobligation to accept the lowest priced response.
