    The work consists generally of the following: Cleaning and removal of all sludge, solids, liquids, hair, plastics, trash, organic and inorganic material, and leakage, all within three (3) Primary Digesters and one (1) Secondary Digester, all located at the Hale Avenue Wastewater Plant. Onsite dewatering of removed contents. Legal disposal of dewatered solids. High pressure hose nozzle and broom cleaning of interior Digester walls, floors, ceilings, covers, piping, valves, draft tubes, and materials inside the Digesters.Cleaning, inspection, and testing of Gas Diffusers and associated Gas Diffuser piping for each of four (4) Digesters.
