M. (CT) . The District will not respond to verbal inquires or emails to district personnel. The district will respond back to questions asked online by Friday, February 13,2026 at 4:00 PM CST via online at https://rgccisd.ionwave.net. Pre-Bid Conference, Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Purchasing Department Proposals will be due ONLINE and close at 2:30 P.M., on Thursday, February 19, 2026 Interested vendors shall log in to the Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District. e-Bidding website to view respective solicitation documents and submit their proposal electronically by the deadline. Please check our Ebidding website for any updates, addendums or amendments to this solicitation. Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District will select the proposal that provides the best value to the District in accordance to the awarding criteria contained in this solicitation. Rio Grande City Grulla I.S.D. uses an online bidding system to post and receive electronic proposals. Therefore, vendors are required to register using the district's e-Bidding website. Please note there is no vendor fee to use this service. Proposals will remain sealed until the due date and time. Contents of proposals will remain confidential during the negotiations period. Rio Grande City Grulla I.S.D. reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the school district. Rio Grande City Grulla I.S.D. is requesting bids from interested and qualified vendors to be provided in accordance with the specifications established within this solicitation. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening. Alterations made before opening time online by resubmitting bidder guaranteeing authenticity. After official opening, bids may not be amended, altered, or withdrawn without the recommendation of the Director for Purchasing and the approval of the Rio Grande City Grulla I.S.D. Board of Trustees. The Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax. Therefore, tax must not be included in this bid. The undersigned agrees, if this bid is accepted, to furnish any and all times upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period for acceptance will be based on one year term and following school board approval. The Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities, and to award bids in the best interest of the district.
