    Description

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFLTC) to establish an Agency Contract, with four (4) possible renewals for one qualified supplier who will provide Direct Internet Access and Wide Area Network (WAN) Services to all of their Campus Locations (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Oconee Fall Line Technical College is seeking a supplier that is capable of providing single option of 2000 Mbps Direct Internet Access for their campus located in Dublin, Georgia. The College is also seeking network connectivity between their primary campus and multiple campus locations in various cities in Georgia. The additional campuses will be point to point circuits only at 1000 Mbps, with the primary campus acting as the hub of a hub and spoke infrastructure. All associated fees and surcharges for these connections must be included in the monthly bid price for all locations. Suppliers must be capable of servicing all locations and attend the Mandatory Prebid Conference in order to be considered for a contract award. This contract will only be awarded to one supplier. Review the eRFQ instructions document, the Scope of Work, and other bid documents located within the Comments and Attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace bid event for more information about the requested services. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Oconee Fall Line Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Dublin Campus on March 25, 20026 at 3:00 p.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project.
