Should the need for the contractor to travel on behalf of MAOF, an amendment to this contract will be initiated at the time when the need is identified and executed prior to travel.MONITORING FOR PERFORMANCE QUALITY OF SERVICES IN ADHERENCE TO SCOPE OF WORK:The Program Manager or Director will direct the work and oversee performance and completion of tasks by consultant. This will be done through review of monthly accountability service log, notes entered in Child Plus and communication maintained with those involved with the children and families.
