    This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of New Braunfels, (hereinafter referred to as the “City”).  The purpose of this RFP is to request proposal submissions from interested and qualified service providers qualified to provide On-Call Disaster Debris Monitoring Services on behalf of the City as more specifically described in the Scope of Work of this RFP. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS · (a)    Electronic Bidding.  The City of New Braunfels utilizes WorkdaySpend for its Procurement and Contracting Platform. For this Request for Proposal, electronic bid submission is the only option available to Proposers. WorkdaySpend https://city-of-new-braunfels.public-portal.us.workdayspend.com/ You must register in order to prepare and submit your electronic submission. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure timely submission of the Proposal. Owner will not be responsible for failure of submission due to internet service provider issues, software outages, or any other issue resulting in a failed and/or late submission. SOLICITATION UPDATES Respondents shall be responsible for monitoring WorkdaySpend for any updates pertaining to the solicitation described herein. Various updates may include addendums, cancelations, notifications, and any other pertinent information necessary for the submission of a correct and accurate response. The City will not be held responsible for any further communication beyond updating the website CONTRACT TERM Should a contract be awarded as a result of this solicitation, the Agreement shall become effective upon the date of the final signature and shall remain in effect through September 30, 2030 with the option to renew for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each unless terminated as provided for in this RFP or the subsequent Agreement
