The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Fremont, Nebraska. Contact: Chris Gunderson (Christopher.gunderson@fremontne.gov) for required hardware specifications. The quote shall guarantee the bidder's good faith to honor the proposal for ten (10) days at the price if accepted by the City Council. The City of Fremont hereby reserves the right to accept that quote which, in its judgment, will produce the best job of workmanship and material, whether or not it is the lowest quote; and reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive any or all informalities of any proposal.
