This project will refresh the Strategic Communications Plan, focusing on adaptive communications strategies that strengthen the District’s ability to respond to a shifting communications landscape and evolving external conditions, and support a growing organization. RFPQ AND CONTRACT AWARD SCHEDULE The following tentative schedule is subject to change. The District will inform all teams of changes in the following tentative schedule by email correspondence. December 10, 2025: RFPQ issued January 5, 2026, 5:00pm: Deadline to submit questions January 7, 2026: Responses to questions posted January 13, 2026, 5:00pm: Deadline to receive proposals January 22, 2026: Finalist interviews January 26, 2026: Notification of award of contract REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND QUESTIONS Specific questions related to this RFPQ must be submitted no later than Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00pm via BidNet Direct. Answers and updated information will be distributed via BidNet Direct no later than Wednesday, January 7, 2026 PROPOSAL DEADLINE Three (3) copies of each final proposal must be received by January 13, 2026, at 5:00 pm via email to Gabi Navarrete, Public Affairs Administrative Assistant, gnavarrete@openspace.org.
