    The purpose of this project is to protect the asset value of District facilities by replacing or rehabilitating various HVAC equipment and systems at the District’s Easterly WWTP, Southerly WWTC, Westerly WWTC, Easterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station, and EMSC facility to accommodate additional HVAC requirements; replacing defective and/or outdated equipment, providing additional equipment for code requirements due to changes in building usage and providing increased energy efficiency. 

    This project upgrades various HVAC equipment and systems at the District’s Easterly WWTP, Southerly WWTC, Westerly WWTC, Easterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station, and EMSC facility. The project includes approximately 122 pieces of equipment and/or systems to either be replaced or upgraded.
