The Contractor(s) must be able to provide this custom-made workboat and all components listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to sheri.karpenko@state.mn.us no later than February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
