This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and insurance necessary to perform exterior masonry repairs, repointing, patching, and façade cleaning at the historic Kenneth N. Weaver Building and Annex located at 2300 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21218. The buildings, constructed between 1888 and 1893, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and serve as the headquarters of the Maryland Geological Survey. The work shall preserve the historic masonry fabric in coordination with the Maryland Historical Trust (MHT) and shall comply with all applicable standards for preservation construction.
