The DONLEY ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT will consist of stabilization and street reconstruction including full depth reclamation. This section of Countyline Donley Rd., between Girdle Road and State Route 534, measures 6,531 feet in length and averages 19 feet in width. These items are a partial listing of the quantities contained in the bid documents; therefore, the Bidders should review the bid document for a complete itemization of all quantities of work. The contractor shall complete the work within forty-five (45) calendar days of the “Notice to Proceed” date. The contractor shall pay liquidated damages for each consecutive calendar day of delay thereafter until completed in the amount of $250.00 per day.
