Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. MT on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Wyoming Retirement Center, 890 Hwy 20 S, Basin, Wyoming 82426. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on February 17, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on February 20, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 17, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Note: All proposals must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
