All purchasers must follow their particular jurisdiction’s laws, rules, and expectations for projects that may include any public works elements. Ten (10) subcategories have been established for Category 1. Purchasers would not be subject to the Delegated Authority limits for these contracts and there would be no requirement for debriefs and protests for these quotes as they are purchases from Enterprise Services approved contracts.
