    • The undersigned Respondent agrees, if a vendor 's proposal is accepted by the City, to enter into an agreement with the City of Doral for the exclusive naming rights of Doral Central Park. Upon mutual agreement by the City and the proposer, a contract will be issued for execution memorializing all agreed terms and conditions during this ITN procurement process and final negotiations.     • Respondent accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Solicitation. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 180 days after the day of Bid opening. Respondent agrees to sign and submit the Contract with any applicable documents required by this ITN within ten days after the date of City’s Notice of Award (If applicable).

The Respondent further agrees that it will not make any claim against the City based on the adequacy or completeness of the information reviewed.
