    RFQ032746 1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until May 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Dorrian Green Parking Garage Repair project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. This project involves the construction of several vent covers to match existing structures in the park. The intent is to better protect subterranean equipment without drawing attention to the structures. There will be a gutter and flashing project to close off exposure to the west wall of the garage along the ramp, concrete repair, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). All questions concerning this project are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the IFB; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com as an addendum. A pre-bid meeting will be held prior to bid opening Tuesday, MAY 5, 2026 AT 11:30 A.M at 50 Belle Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Please park in the garage and meet by the garage office and the site visit will commence from there.. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on www.bidexpress.com. 1.2 Classification: All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) will be available for review and download on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com after the IFB is published. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB for a bid to be considered for contract award. 1.3 Bid Express: If you do not have an account with Bid Express and you would like to review project information or submit a bid, you will need to register for an account.
