    ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority (JCWSA) 70 Authority Ave. Jefferson, GA 30549 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Doster Creek Lift Station and Force Main Improvements including lift station rehabilitation and approximately 1,467 lineal feet of 12-inch C900 DR 14 force main pipe, in Jackson County Georgia, will be received by The Authority Engineer until 3:30 p.m., (Eastern Time) April 30, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority (JCWSA) Conference Room at 70 Authority Ave., Jefferson, GA 30549. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location: Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority 70 Authority Ave., Jefferson, GA 30549 A pre-bid conference and site visit (attendance is mandatory) will begin at the JCWSA office at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on April 15, 2026. Hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS can be obtained from JCWSA, (706) 367-1741, ext. 307 upon non-refundable payment of $300. Electronic copies of the contract documents will be made available for $25. All bidders must purchase contract documents from JCWSA. The Authority has acquired all necessary state and federal permits in connection with this project. The Authority has acquired 100% of the easements and rights-of-way in connection with this project. All BIDDERS must submit a Contractor E-Verify Affidavit. In accordance with Georgia law all bids not accompanied by the Contractor E-Verify Affidavit will be determined non-responsive and immediately rejected.
