The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location: Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority 70 Authority Ave., Jefferson, GA 30549 A pre-bid conference and site visit (attendance is mandatory) will begin at the JCWSA office at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on April 15, 2026. Hard copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS can be obtained from JCWSA, (706) 367-1741, ext. 307 upon non-refundable payment of $300. Electronic copies of the contract documents will be made available for $25. All bidders must purchase contract documents from JCWSA. The Authority has acquired all necessary state and federal permits in connection with this project. The Authority has acquired 100% of the easements and rights-of-way in connection with this project. All BIDDERS must submit a Contractor E-Verify Affidavit. In accordance with Georgia law all bids not accompanied by the Contractor E-Verify Affidavit will be determined non-responsive and immediately rejected.
