Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend one of the pre-bid meetings. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference. Cost Estimate: The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is $1,335,450. The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work.
