There is general public acceptance and trust placed in documents issued by state governments, it is incumbent upon DMV to ensure the highest level of security and integrity of the credentials produced; consequently, bidders must place strong emphasis on security-driven, high-quality processes and products. DMV is seeking a partner who demonstrates a high level of experience, capability, and proficiency in integrating various technologies used in the DL/ID issuance. The Contractor’s document production services will include all required hardware, software, design, development, customization, installation, training, production, personnel, supplies and maintenance incident to production, as further described herein.
