    PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this project is to repair existing asphalt driveways at the Incerpi (Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve) and Cuhna Residences (La Honda Open Space Preserve). The project scope will include the resurfacing of two driveways with an approximate work area of 1,850 linear feet. Incerpi Residence Driveway – Gravel A. Site Preparation: Protect the surrounding environment, install erosion control and prepare the site for construction. B. Grading & Fabric: Grade the existing gravel surface and install the mat stabilization fabric to create a stable base. C. Base Installation: Install, place and compact Stevens Creek Quarry Class II Native with Lime road base to the required elevation and density. Clean and smooth the compacted base, removing dust and loose material. D. New Driveway should include 350ft liner feet by 18 feet wide. E. Oil Screen: Apply and uniformly spread oil screen coat over the prepared and compacted base. F. Chip Seal: Apply chip aggregate and roll for proper embedment. G. Sweep loose chips, verify any drainage and transitions, if applicable, have been properly coated. H. Perform full site cleanup and conduct a final inspection to confirm proper drainage, compaction, and surface uniformity before releasing the driveway for use. *Specification of Base Rock Required: Stevens Creek Quarry Class II Road Base: Native with Lime Cuhna Residence Driveway – Mixed Gravel and Asphalt A.
