    Description

    Mariposa County Probation is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to provide: a drop-in center that provides supportive services along with court-mandated interventions such as Batterer’s Intervention, Anger Management, and Child Abuse Programs, as well as counseling services. Work contracted under this RFP will not exceed $225,000 per year, for Fiscal year 2025-2026, Fiscal year 2026-2027, and Fiscal year 2027-2028. The Community Corrections Partnership Fund funds this project. The Mariposa County Probation Department is the organization that issues the RFP. If awarded, the term of the Agreement will be for a period of three (3) years beginning July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2028. Services desired to be offered by the drop-in center: Preferred services provided by the Drop-In Center include: Re-Entry services for Probation, Post-Release Supervision, and Mandatory Supervision individuals Case Management Batterer’s Intervention Program Anger Management Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Substance Use Disorder Treatment Linkages to Behavioral Health Services Employment Assistance and Job Placement Assistance in Meeting Fundamental Needs (Housing, Food, Showers, Clothing) Pro-social Activities Family Engagement Assistance in Applying for Aid Programs Assistance in Obtaining Driver’s License or State Identification Transportation to Necessary Appointments Independent Living Skills Program Education/ Trade School linkage Please see the document attached for the full scope of the RFP.
