The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is seeking the services of one or multiple firms to provide scheduled and random drug and alcohol testing to potential new hires and employees of VIPA on the island of St. Croix. The selected Contractor shall also be responsible to furnish all necessary labor, supplies, and equipment required to provide the aforementioned on-call, as needed basis to include after hours and weekends, The services of the selected contractor(s) will be awarded for a term of three (3) years, with two, one-year options for renewal. Responses will be received electronically by the Authority until 5:00 PM (AST), Friday, June 5, 2026. All inquiries regarding this bid should be submitted under the questions tab on the e-procurement website Ionwave no later than Friday (AST), May 15, 2026. The Authority reserves the right to make changes to the bid and/or to reject any or all bids.
