(Purpose of Solicitation) Drug Screening Services for Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences statewide for the following test: ** See the Drug Testing Program Services doument attachment for minimum requirements** 1.) Post-Accident Set-Up; 2.) Random Selection (List Per Quarter); 3.) "9-Panel Drug Screen at Supplier Lab (Per Test) (Includes supplies and forms, centralized billing and administration, random selection, cost of drug screen, and MRO service.)"; 4.) "9-Panel Drug Screen at Third-Party Site (Per Test) (Includes supplies and forms, centralize d billing and administration, random selection, cost of drug screen, and MRO service.)"; 5.) The supplier’s testing laboratory must possess and maintain accreditation by: a. Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) in Urinalysis, and b. College of American Pathologists (CAP). ***The supplier must attach a copy of their valid accreditation certificates to their response in AL Buys. Valid period from the time of the award until 09/30/2026 or to the end of the effective period up to one year.
