    The City of Torrington, Connecticut WPCA (hereinafter referred to as City), through the Office of the City’s Purchasing Agent, will accept sealed bids for Two (2) Dry Pit Submersible Non-Clog Centrifugal Pump per Div. 11 for Harris Drive Pump Station in accordance with the specifications and requirements contained in this request. Vendors will be required to supply manufacturer specifications of Dry-pit submersible pumps mentioned with bid. Dry-Pit submersible pumps supplied for this bid shall be new. Used or open boxes will not be accepted.
