    Description

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), through its Office of Performance and Asset Management (OPAM) in its Division of Transportation Development (DTD), expects to use Contractor support to assist in the development of its new risk-based Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) and to ensure the plan meets federal requirements. The Contractor would primarily be assisting the Department in graphic design tasks as well as selected research to help meet TAMP requirements. CDOT expects drafting of the TAMP would be undertaken primarily by Department staff. Additionally, Contractor will assist CDOT in implementation of the TAMP. CDOT anticipates its new TAMP to be more limited in nature than its 2023 TAMP in both length and content. The new document would be focused on meeting federal requirements, which are generally applicable to pavement and bridges and not CDOT’s full program of 12 asset classes.
