The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Demolition and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Provide and install a new boiler to provide heating to the existing in-floor radiant tubing system in the shop area. The boiler will also connect to the office end of the building and connect to the existing hot water heating system to replace the existing boiler that is non functional. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project’s specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: 1. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least five years which have achieved Substantial Completion since January of 2021 for construction of hot water boilers with in-floor radiant tubing. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $87,000.00 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company’s projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to three qualifying projects completed by the proposed Project Manager while employed by others as a Project Manager which have achieved Substantial Completion January of 2021 for hot water boiler with in-floor radiant tubing and $87,000.00 or greater.
