Failure to provide a detailed product comparison in your bid submittal may result in Clint ISD deeming the alternative product proposed to not be of the same quality of the specified product. If the vendor fails to identify the manufacturer, brand, model, etc. for any item being bid on, Clint ISD will assume the vendor is bidding on the exact brand and model identified in the specifications, and if awarded, the vendor will be required to furnish the exact brand names, model, etc. as specified. After award, substitutions will not be allowed. This is an electronic bid. Although we are legally required to accept paper submittals, we strongly request that bidders submit this response electronically.
