    Description

    The Town of East Lyme (“Town”), through the East Lyme School Building Committee (“ELSBC”) is soliciting sealed bids from responsible qualified contractors for construction and related services for roof replacement and associated work at the East Lyme High School-Aquatic Center (the “Property”) located at 30 Chesterfield Road, East Lyme, Connecticut 06333 (the “Project”). Bidders are required to be pre-qualified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) for work in the “roofing” prequalification classification. The Work for the Project generally consists of replacing the existing standing seam metal roof, structural purlins, acoustical insulation, removal and reinstallation of all interior and exterior items connected to the existing roof and all associated work of the roof systems as shown on the Bidding Documents for the Project.
