Sealed proposals for the project will be received by the Town of East Lyme, Connecticut at the East Lyme Town Hall Engineering Office, 108 Pennsylvania Avenue, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Any questions must be submitted via e-mail by April 10, 2026.
