The Project consists of repairs and improvements intended to enhance public safety and accessibility along the Terminal B waterfront, including rehabilitation of existing pavement surfaces, installation of new guardrail systems adjacent to the quay wall, localized concrete repairs, site lighting upgrades and improvements, and related work. The Work will be performed under two prime contracts: · CONTRACT PACKAGE 1-Site Electrical and Lighting Upgrades · CONTRACT PACKAGE 2-Site Construction and Structural Repairs Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: none Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 30.00%
