EDA Disaster 2025 RFP - Grant Administrator

The City of Kilgore is planning to submit an application to the Economic Development Administration (EDA) through the U.S. Department of Commerce Federal Funding Opportunity for The FY 2025 Disaster Supplemental (EDA-Disaster-2025) program(s) and is soliciting proposals to provide project delivery services for the EDA-Disaster-2025 eligible projects. Please submit your proposal to the address below on a thumb drive OR submit a copy of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following address: Attn: Keith Yorgason, 815 N Kilgore St, Kilgore, TX 75662. Proposals must be received by the City of Kilgore no later than 4pm on July 23^rd, 2026 to be considered. The City of Kilgore reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
