    NOTICE TO BID Separate sealed bids on Eight (8) 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe Utility Vehicle, 4wd, for Police Pursuit, one (1) 2026 Chevrolet Traverse AWD LT and one (1) 2026 Ram 2500 4WD Crew Cab SSV, will be received by Garland County at the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita Ave., Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 until 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid opening will be in room 210 of the Garland County Courthouse. Outside of envelope should be marked: “POLICE VEHICLES” Bid forms, specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of Judge Darryl Mahoney located at 501 Ouachita Avenue, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids, which, in the opinion of the County Judge, may be in the best interest of the County.
