Proposed contract start dates are October 1, 2026, for natural gas service and October 7, 2026, for electricity service. Vendors who confirm acceptance of our Appendix A and demonstrate the requisite qualifications will be invited to submit pricing in September. Awards will be made to the low bidders and contracts signed within 24 - 48 hours.
