Bidder Written Questions & Requests for Clarifications: All Questions must be submitted through the Bidnet platform by and arrive no later than the time and date indicated on the Summary Information Form, Page 1. Vendor identifying information will not be included in the response, as they will be sent out to all IFB participants as addendums to the IFB. All questions must be submitted in writing, citing the particular IFB page, section, and paragraph numbers where applicable. Only answers received as addendums through the Bidnet system are official.
