Qualified consultants are invited to submit proposals for the development of the Plan through Public Purchase. All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted through Public Purchase and before 4:00 PM, February 20, 2025. The Plan will be funded with State funds via a Caltrans Grant that also includes a local cost share, requiring the Consultant to follow all pertinent local and State laws and regulations. The City has $251,034 of grant funding and $34,196 of local funds available totaling $285,230 of available funds for the development of this Plan.
