    Description

    The City of Yuba City (City) is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional services associated with the preparation and development of the Yuba City Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan (Plan). The Plan is to develop a comprehensive plan that outlines projects and programs to establish a strategy for advancing the adoption of electric transportation in the City. This Plan will electrify the transportation sector in Yuba City with a special focus on Disadvantaged Communities (DAC) to understand the unique barriers they face and support a more equitable distribution of EV adoption, infrastructure development, and benefits from increased EV usage in these areas. Please see the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan Final Draft document for the full details regarding this Request for Proposal. Qualified consultants are invited to submit proposals for the development of the Plan through Public Purchase. All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted through Public Purchase and before 4:00 PM, February 20, 2025. The Plan will be funded with State funds via a Caltrans Grant that also includes a local cost share, requiring the Consultant to follow all pertinent local and State laws and regulations. The City has $251,034 of grant funding and $34,196 of local funds available totaling $285,230 of available funds for the development of this Plan.
