These same devices are located at the East Substation as well with no test sticker on them. Are these devices still in service and are they to be included in the Technical Proposal? 11. Page 14 of RFP 5.20.26 under Evaluation Criteria it discusses the following - The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, Materials, permits, tools and Equipment, bond, dumpster as well as everything else expressly or impliedly required to achieve the objectives of this Contract and complete the Project in accordance with this Contract. The Contractor shall provide tile replacement and stairwell repair services for the Time Square Platform. This is a Federal Grant funded project.
