The contract may be renewed for up to two (2) consecutive, one-year term increments after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the RTA, for a total possible contract term of five (5) years.The Proposer shall comply with all necessary fuel, equipment, materials, insurances, and personnel. There is no site-walk required as part of this Request for Proposals. The Proposer shall obtain all appropriate insurance coverage within the prescribed minimum limits and abide by all FTA procurement regulations.All RTA facilities shall be available for routine maintenance work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, excluding designated RTA observed holidays.
