The selected signage firm shall be responsible for all fabrication and installation work necessary for this project and shall be fully responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the work under this contract.Each task under this contract will have different requirements, but most often the design and specifications of the required sign will be provided by Columbia Association. The signage must be fabricated and installed within the timeframe that is established by CA for each particular project, which can often include projects that are time sensitive.
